It is important to deepen your understanding on the factors shaping your physical and mental health so you can improve your health as well as the health of your family and communities. This includes at an intrapersonal level, understanding how your mind and body works, as well as an interpersonal level which involves relationships and social influences, and at a community and societal level. This wider community and societal level involves economic, political, and physical environments in which we interact. All levels and interactions between levels are working together to influence your health and well-being.


I'm currently working on a program that will be available in June 2023. This program will include intrapersonal, interpersonal, community, and societal components.

This program aims to help you to be more present in your life, manage stress more efficiently, develop a strong and healthy mind and brain, build emotional resilience, strengthen your connections and relationships, optimise your physical health, align with your values, work towards your physical and mental goals, and take an active role in enhancing community well-being.


I also create programs or resources for companies. Not too long ago I designed and formulated a course for a company in Australia on practices and healthy habits that can improve well-being. Included in this course was a module on science-based behaviour change, knowledge, and tools.
